Instant composition

  • 1:1 exploration and guidance

In our 1:1 sessions, we turn our attention inward and create space for whatever wants to emerge and find expression.

Personal processes, inner images, sensations and physical impulses become the starting point for creative exploration. Through movement, Instant Composition, drawing, writing and other media, we look for forms through which these experiences can become visible and tangible.

Images and imagination accompany this process, opening pathways to unconscious patterns, movement and embodied experience. Through this exploration, we gradually develop and strengthen your own creative and artistic language—a form of expression rooted in personal perception, the body and your individual way of creating.

The aim is not to produce something specific, but to discover what form your own experience wants to take.

A journey inward—and a space to give expression, form and presence to what wants to be seen, moved and embodied.

Sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes and cost CHF 150.

  • research practice

From October 2026, there will be an opportunity to go deeper into your own creative process within a small group.

The idea grew out of conversations with participants and a shared observation: it takes time to arrive. Time for body and mind to become truly present, receptive and ready to enter a creative process.

Instead of meeting for just two hours, we will come together once a month for a full day, spending time both in the studio and outdoors in nature. We will move, compose, experiment, reflect and deepen our individual creative processes.

At the heart of this research is the question of how we can give form to what is not yet fully tangible or known: inner images, dreams, sensations, memories, impulses and the mysteries of the unconscious.

The group is not only for people working with dance and movement. Musicians, theatre makers, writers, visual artists and people from other artistic fields are warmly invited to enter the process through their own medium.

The intention is to discover and deepen your own artistic language, gradually allowing something to emerge that may eventually want to become visible or be shared with others.

What this becomes is deliberately left open. It might develop into a performance, an installation, an encounter between different media—or something we do not yet have a name for. The form will grow out of the material and connections that emerge through our time together.

I will guide the process through impulses, tasks and structures, while supporting each person in their individual research. As material begins to emerge, we will explore together how it might be developed, shared or made visible.
