User Experience Design for Energiepraxis Kaiser
https://energiepraxis-kaiser.ch/
Projekt Overview: T. Kaiser is a therapist who offers the method of dark field diagnostics and supports his clients with energy coaching. I helped him create a website from scratch with a built-in calendar and advised him on building his brand.
Tasks: UX and UI Design Concept, Branding
Challenges:
Integration of a booking system for user
Integration of a List of possible sicknesses and how Titus methods help
Step 1 Branding
Because the client had a very specific idea of what he wanted to bring to the market and a lot of research had already been done beforehand, this project was about bringing the brand to life.
This involved creating a logo, color palette, and other branding materials. It was important not only to design the website itself but also to ensure that the client could adhere to the branding guidelines for any materials they wanted to provide, including offline materials that users might come into contact with.
I created a branding guideline which was the base design the structure of the website. Beforehand I had an Interview with the client, handing out a questionnaire to understand what were his needs and wishes.
These are the four main characteristics of this brand, that played a big role for the creation of the brand guidelines:
A sense of energy and lightness
Health and nature,
Alternative medicine,
The power of self-healing
Step 2 Wireframing
After the client was satisfied with the branding guidelines, I started to create the wireframe and possible user journeys.
I designed a few versions of possible booking systems, so the client to choose the best suiting option.
Step 3 Mid-Fidelity Prototype
I created the entire page and the mobile version, and then the prototype.
This step happened simultaneously with considerations of how the booking system could be further optimized, and in communication with the client, we agreed to incorporate an Airtable system so that the client could implement the bookings themselves and as easily as possible.
Step 4 Prototype and Test
The prototype was completed and immediately tested, while the mobile version was also created and some user feedback was incorporated. The prototype was optimized so that users and customers could achieve a satisfactory result.
Step 5 Integration to Airtable System and Handout for Client
In order for the client to take over the booking process on Airtable independently, I created a handout for him with the most important features. Furthermore, we discussed everything again in a conversation.
I had a conversation with the developer too and explained important elements of the design, then he started his work, while I helped the customer create some print materials.
